My Story...

When I find a great thing, I want to share it with everyone!   If I can do this, anyone can do this. I hope you will! I want everyone to be just as successful as I have, and you CAN!

I was on the program for 4 months and lost 25 pounds, about 3 and a half sizes, and I’m wearing size 4 jeans for the first time in 20 years! I’ve done all of that in just six months, and in spite of traveling for more than a month during that time!  Now that I’m 50, I look better (and younger) than I did at 40, and I’m healthier and have as much or more energy than when I was 30! 

I’m a perfect example of the fact that knowing a lot about nutrition and fitness is just not enough.  I have a Master’s Degree in Exercise Physiology, and I was still having a battle.  It is important to have a whole lifestyle, mind body approach.  Eating the right foods in a way to keep your blood sugar stable is a key element, and it is important to get support. The program gave me all of that!  This isn’t just a weight loss program, it is a lifestyle program.  I know I can do this for the rest of my life.

With my background in Exercise Physiology, Health and Wellness, and Mind Body Medicine, I really do know what a great program should offer.  I wouldn’t follow a program, let alone endorse it, if it was not a great program! Just do it.  You’ll look great, feel great, lose weight, and achieve maximum health and energy levels!
