The idea of the Mind-Body Connection is very much in the mainstream these days.  Companies selling everything from toothpaste, to birth control, to cat food to financial services are all using yoga postures in their advertising.  Clearly this demonstrates how hungry we are in our day and time for the peace, harmony, balance and health that we associate with the idea of the Mind Body Connection.  How do we achieve these benefits?
